This full day event is focused on empowering women and providing guidance, support and information.  Our theme this year is "Parenting Through the Stages of Life".  We have amazing presenters lined up to discuss topics such as: Post-Partum Depression, Managing Stress Through the Stages, Nutrition Through the Stages, Grandparents Raising Grandchildren, Caring for Aging Parents, and so much more.

A mini market full of unique vendors, homemade lunch catered by Prairie Stone Catering, entertainment by local talent Lonni Robley, and mini Nia and Tai Chi classes.
